Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, email yile97923@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Custom Commissions

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-cancellable once work has begun. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all commissions.

3. After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns after delivery.
