Refund Policy

1. Original Artworks

Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. All sales of original artworks are final. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, the artwork is fully insured and a replacement or full refund will be provided.

2. Prints

Print orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once shipped, prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact yile97923@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. A replacement or full refund will be arranged.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
